Sunday School Registration

Submit one form per student, age 2 through 5th grade. Students registering in the age 2 class must be two years old by September 1.

Please have contact, pickup, and any allergy or activity-limitation information available for your student.

Registration details are stored securely and shared only with authorized children's ministry staff for registration processing.
